It is pistachio kernels obtained through the harvest starting at the end of July and lasts until the 15th of August. The membrane of BOZ 1 kernels are greenish, inner fiber is dark green with an intense aroma. It is indispensably used by high quality baklava and ice-cream manufacturers as the main ingredient.
Recently, best quality chocolate manufacturers have also been using BOZ 1 pistachio kernels in some of their products.

4.Meverdi
It is the pistachio kernels obtained through the harvest between 15th and 25th of August. Harvested product is naturaly coarse-grained and having 70% green tone of inner fibre although its pink colored mambrane is folded towards the red tone.
MAWARDI is mosty used in halva and ice cream industry.
The pistachios with outher shell which is cracked naturaly before being harvested from the trees and called Natural Crack (Ana Çıtlak). This type of pistachio pieces are calibrated as coarse-grained. After the pre-screening and cleaning processes of the Pistachios, the outer skin its covers and the hard shell is peeled off and it is roasted with salt at 150 degrees along with their hard shells. Salt ratio is maximum 0.9%. The product is shipped to the customers after being packed in the sizes and weights requested by the customers. The most important feature of this type is having larger pieces as of calibration and having larger cracks that the shell can easily be removed. Therefore, this type is mostly being consumed by end customers as best quality nuts.
6.Roasted Salted Natural
The type 30% of which is the hard shell and does not crack naturally before the harvest and that’s why it is called NATURAL. This type of pistachio pieces are not calibrated. After the pre-screening and cleaning processes of the Pistachios, the outer skin is peeled off and those naturally uncracked amount of 30% is cracked through cracking process and than roasted with salt at 150 degrees along with their harder shells. Salt ratio is maximum 0.9%. The product is shipped to the customers after being packed in the sizes and weights requested by the customers. This type of product is naturally mixed in sizes because it is not gone through calibration process. It consist of 70% Ana Çıtlak Pistachios and 30% of Machine cracked Pistachios. Roasted Natural product is being consumed as nuts.
